During her years working on Wall Street she orchestrated high-profile global finance conferences in New York, London, Dubai, Beijing, and beyond—bringing together heads of state, ambassadors, Fortune 500 executives, and thought leaders in immersive, boutique settings at five-star venues.

In parallel, she founded and led the NEA-recognized theatre company, where she produced critically acclaimed theatre and events, honing her ability to tell compelling stories through live experiences. Tricia has also served as Executive Director of Shakespeare Globe Centre USA and Literary Manager at Primary Stages, where she built partnerships, developed audiences, and brought bold programming to life.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of event production: venue sourcing, budgeting, vendor management, creative design, speaker recruitment, talent direction, CRM and platform integration and flawless onsite execution. Whether curating an intimate leadership salon, a multi-day global conference, or a pop-up activation, Tricia is known for her meticulous detail, creative vision, and ability to turn gatherings into experiences that resonate long after the event ends.
